tarot card readings
The use of Tarot Cards has been an important part of my spiritual practice over the past decade. The purely intuitive energetic process of reading cards for someone else is continuously fascinating and enlightening I don’t believe the cards contain magical or even particularly predictive properties but they show us the deeper, more hidden aspects of our psyche by acting as a conduit.
Because of the energetic nature of the cards I only offer tarot readings in person in the Seattle area. I also encourage individuals to explore tarot and astrology together as they share much of the same mythology and over arcing themes. I read the cards with an individual’s chart in mind so I will ask for your birth information whenever booking a reading. I look forward seeing what the cards have in store for you!
The Horseshoe, Seven Card Spread $30
The Horseshoe spread is my favorite go to tarot reading for any decision or crisis that I come upon. There is a clear pathway for a question to follow, including past behavior, present conditions, the present conflict, and guidance for the future with a clue into what’s currently helping you. This reading takes about 30 minutes and is invaluable as to the clarity it provides.
Thoth reading, 15 card spread $60
This 15 card spread was designed sometime in the late 30s or early 40s and correlated with Aleister Crowley’s Thoth deck. Although the Thoth deck isn’t one I use in my practice, I truly appreciate the significations that Crowley uses to associate Tarot with the zodiac. I also believe that the Thoth 15 card is one of the most thorough and complex readings you can experience. It contains 6 cards that define the individual, 6 future cards, and 3 fate or karmic advice cards. It takes about an hour to complete a Thoth reading and if you want an in-depth personal experience with extensive future advice this is the reading for you!
Celtic cross 10 card spread $42
This is a traditional tarot reading that gives a good overview of the querent’s past, present, and future aspects. If you are new to tarot and not sure what reading to ask for, or if you don’t have a specific question and want to reassess your life path this will be the perfect reading for you! It is a little more straightforward than Thoth but not quite as specific as the question answer format of the horseshoe. The balance and clear delineations make for a simple concise reading.
Tarot continues to be such an important teacher in my metaphysical practice and I can’t wait to read the cards for you!
